Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Dimout and Blackout fabric?

Dimout (35–50%) lets a soft amount of light through — perfect for living rooms and studies. Blackout (60–85%) blocks most of the light, best for bedrooms and media rooms. Neither can give you a full 100% blackout because of small gaps between the alternating layers — for that, see our Blackout Roller Blinds.

How does the "alternating layers" effect work?

Each blind has two sets of horizontal stripes — one sheer, one opaque. Rotating the blind aligns or staggers the stripes so you can tune light precisely, anywhere from open to fully closed.

Which colour should I pick?

We have 7 standard colours: Grey, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Green, Light Blue, Beige, Light Beige. We'll bring physical fabric swatches to your on-site survey.

Is installation included?

Installation is +$60 per blind, FREE when your total order is ≥ $500. Delivery is +$25 per trip, FREE when your order is ≥ $200.
