Frequently Asked Questions

Why are motors split into S and M sizes?
The motor tube diameter scales with blind weight and width. S size (25mm) is lighter and works for smaller blinds; M size (35mm) handles larger and heavier blinds. We auto-pick the right one — you only choose the motor type.
What if my window is wider than 3 metres?
We can split your window into two blinds with separate motors, or build a custom motor setup. Add the windows to your estimate and message us on WhatsApp — we'll quote you.
What if my window is narrower than 0.46m?
Too narrow for any motor — we'll fit a Manual Beaded Pulling Chain (free, included) instead.
Is installation included?
Installation is +$60 per blind, but FREE when your total order is ≥ $500. Delivery is +$25 per trip, FREE when your order is ≥ $200.
Are prices GST-inclusive?
Yes. All prices on this page are nett — 9% GST already included. Use code WELCOME15 at on-site survey for $15 off your first order.
How long until installation?
Allow 5-6 weeks: 1-2 weeks fabrication + 2-3 weeks shipping for fabric, plus install scheduling.
What's the warranty?
1 year on the motor from date of delivery.
