Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install the track myself?
Yes — for both DIY Sets and Customised Tracks. Every order ships with an English manual and all hardware; you'll need a drill and a screwdriver. If you'd rather we handle it, professional installation is +$45 per single track (or +$70 per double track).
What window widths does it support?
DIY Sets: 1.2m up to 5.2m. Customised Tracks: 1.2m up to 6.2m. The track sections are modular, so we customise the length to your window. Beyond the stated maximum, message us on WhatsApp for a custom build.
Does this quote apply to any ceiling height?
The prices shown in the calculator assume a ceiling height under 3.2m. If your ceiling is higher, or you have another special arrangement, please contact us directly on WhatsApp for an accurate price.
What's the difference between Double Pleat and S/Ripple Fold?
Double Pleat is our default heading style — the runners glide freely along the track, no extra cost. S/Ripple Fold creates a smooth, continuous wave: the runners are linked together with a string inside the track, and a special ribbon with studs is sewn along the top of your curtain fabric, with each stud clipping into a runner. We don't supply the curtain fabric, but we calculate the exact number of runners and ribbon length needed and provide the ribbon for your fabric supplier to sew on. The calculator gives an estimated add-on cost (based on $1.50 per runner, 1 runner per 6cm of track) — the accurate figure is confirmed after our free on-site survey.
Will the motor be visible from inside the room?
No. The motor is mounted behind the curtain fabric, completely hidden from view. We recommend pelmet clearance of > 10cm for single tracks and > 18cm for double tracks for the cleanest install.
Which smart home platforms does it work with?
Depends on the motor you pick. Our default SHL Tuya Smart Wi-Fi Motor works with Tuya / Smart Life (native), Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Siri (via Tuya Shortcut) — no external hub required. For Aqara Zigbee and Aqara C3 motors (Apple HomeKit native, Matter on C3), please refer to the Motor Comparison table above.
Is the price GST-inclusive?

How long until delivery?
