Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Wood, PS, PVC, and Aluminium slats?

Real Wood gives an authentic natural grain — every slat unique — and performs best in dry, well-ventilated rooms. PS (Polystyrene) offers a similar wood-look with better moisture resistance. PVC is the most waterproof — best for kitchens and bathrooms. 25mm Aluminium L-shape is the lightest and most economical — great for offices and budget-conscious installs.

Why is the max width 2.4m?

Venetian blinds use a horizontal slat-and-cord system; beyond 2.4m the slats sag and the lift cord starts to bind. For wider windows we recommend splitting into two separate panels (not a shared headrail). You can still control both together with a multi-channel remote — adjust the two blinds individually, or move them simultaneously. WhatsApp us and we'll quote.

Why do 5cm slats always need an M-size motor?

The wider, heavier slats need more torque to tilt and lift. The M (35mm) motor handles the weight smoothly. 25mm Aluminium slats are light enough for the S-size RF motor.

Can I tilt the slats' angle at any height?

Yes — you can stop the blind at any height and tilt the angle of the slats there. You don't have to lower the blind fully to adjust the tilt.

Is installation included?

Installation is +$60 per blind, FREE when your total order is ≥ $500. Delivery is +$25 per trip, FREE when your order is ≥ $200.
