Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between PS, PVC, and Aluminium slats?

PS (Polystyrene) gives a warm wood-look without real wood's downsides — great for living rooms and bedrooms. PVC is the most moisture-resistant — best for kitchens and bathrooms. 25mm Aluminium L-shape is the lightest and most economical — great for offices and budget-conscious installs.

Why is the max width 2.4m?

Venetian blinds use a horizontal slat-and-cord system; beyond 2.4m the slats sag and the lift cord starts to bind. For wider windows we split into two adjacent blinds on a shared headrail. WhatsApp us and we'll quote.

Why do 5cm slats always need an M-size motor?

The wider, heavier slats need more torque to tilt and lift. The M (35mm) motor handles the weight smoothly. 25mm Aluminium slats are light enough for the S-size RF motor.

Can I tilt the slats without raising the blind?

Yes — the rotate button on the remote (or app) tilts the slats independently. Raise / lower with the up / down buttons.

Is installation included?

Installation is +$60 per blind, FREE when your total order is ≥ $500. Delivery is +$25 per trip, FREE when your order is ≥ $200.
